Venod Sharma emphasizing on the job opportunities for the youth

Youth are the growth engines on any society. If youth are on the path of growth and progress then the whole society develops and moves ahead. Venod Sharma understands this very well. All his speeches, activities, plans are focussed around the youth of Haryana. Venod Sharma wants to see youth of his state to prosper and become self reliant. He understands that in Haryana the two main ways for that growth are through agriculture growth and new job creation.

In the field of agriculture, Vinod Sharma has emphasized that new scientific techniques are needed so that productivity gets increased. At present the focus is on production of crops. He wants the focus should move from processing of crops to final products. With the use of modern techniques, less amount of manual work would be needed in the fields and more will be required in factories, were the food grains will be processed to get final products. This move will give jobs to the youths. Those who want to start their entrepreneur set up will get a boast. People will be able to start their business venture in their villages and districts only. This will help in creating a self reliant village/district ecosystem, furthering helping in the growth of economy.

Venod also believes in large scale industrialization. He had planned for bringing IMT to Ambala region, so that the youth of the region could get jobs and opportunities, which are available in metro cities. The IMT Ambala project was scrapped by some selfish politicians who gave political benefits more importance than growth. Had that project started in Ambala, it was expected to provide jobs in the range of eighty thousand to one lakh. It would have given fresh lease to infrastructure projects. New roads, hospitals, schools, colleges would have come up. It would have transformed the whole North Haryana. Venod is still hopeful and is trying to revive the project.
